What do people who have taken our courses have to say?
Ivannia, a public school teacher from Costa Rica, wrote a blog about part of her experience.
Josette LeBlanc, a Canadian teacher trainer living in Korea, came to train with us to be a trainer on World Learning's SIT TESOL Certificate course. Feedback from participants
The course has been one of the most beautiful and insightful learning experiences I have ever had. It is much more than learning or reflecting on the teaching and learning process, it is a lesson in community, caring, sharing, and friendship. When I leave, I will take with me a piece of all my peers and mentors, and the desire to be the best teacher I can. If you take this course, you will leave feeling renewed and inspired.

I think the biggest realization for me was that I NEED to take my peers opinions into consideration when planning a lesson. It was a huge help for me to get multiple perspectives on my plan and in most cases they made my lesson much better than it would have been. I was always quick to give advice before coming here but reluctant to ask for some for myself. That is something that has changed. I whole heartedly recommend taking the course. Go in with an open mind and get ready to open your heart as well. It is a lot of work but it is well worth it. Stay organized and positive. At the end, you won’t want to leave.

I feel like I’ve become much more humble as a teacher. I came into the course feeling very confident about my teaching and I’m coming out of the course with a different kind of confidence. Its not that I am less confidence about my teaching, but I realize how much more I have to learn and how much more I can improve, but I feel confident in the skills I have gained over the course to continue improving as a teacher.
Without hesitation, take this course! It is an extremely powerful course unlike anything else they will ever experience. It will probably help them improve their teaching more than any other single thing they could do. Centro Espiral Mana is an amazing, spiritual, encouraging, inspiring, peaceful learning environment and that the course is an incredible experience to grow as both a person and a teacher.
