Welcome to Centro Espiral Mana!
We are looking forward to having you stay with us at our school. We are in the heart of a small village of 500 people, about 3 miles from the venue where the CNVC International Intensive will be held. Our school is usually used for English classes for people in the community and for training of teachers. Have a look at our website to get a sense of what we do. The school has wireless internet and is surrounded by gardens and typical small town life.  There are two small stores, two churches, a soccer field and an elementary school within walking distance of our school.

Rooms:
Our rooms are basic and comfortable. All rooms are shared rooms with twin beds or a double and a twin bed with shared baths outside the rooms. We also have one large room with 4 twin beds that its own shower/bath that is wheelchair accessible. When our school is filled we rent a few rooms from families in the community, as you can see in the photos below. All houses are within a 5 minute walk to our school. People staying with families will eat breakfast at our school and get transportation to the training site from our school.

Breakfast:
For breakfast we serve typical Costa Rican style buffet breakfast with fresh fruit, bread, cereal, "gallo pinto" (rice and beans), eggs and your choice of coffee, tea or water. We can accommodate vegetarian and vegan options. Please let us know your preferences!

Transportation to/from the venue:
We will have vans that go up to the venue at 8:00 and 8:30 each day. We will have the vans return at 9:00 each evening and we will have a few shuttles in the afternoon and early evening as well.
