What was important for you from this course? What did you learn? What are you still learning? Which concepts are most important?  What was your concept of classroom management before you took the course? Has it changed? Deepened? Shifted? If so, how?

I find myself thinking and speaking a lot in the language of feelings and needs. I think that I have internalize these and that the next step will be to build further on this foundation with more intentional practice of NVC.

I learned that I needed to learn again in order to touch my students' lives. During my whole life as a teacher I have worked hard on planning very interactive classes. However, one of the things that has changed in my life as a teacher is the concept of what an interactive lesson is.
I learned to focus my teaching based on my students' learning and their feedback. I learned to reflect on my teaching practice in order to find the things that helped during a lesson and the things that could have been hinders.
Currently I am working on treating my students with compassion as well as having them feel comfortable to communicate in the target language. It's being a hard task.
One thing that I love now is to share with other teachers (learn from them and provide them help if necessary). ECRIF is present in every stage of my lessons. And I love it
